Ecumen Developing New Senior Housing in Saint Peter, Minnesota
Ecumen is expanding senior housing options in Saint. Peter, Minnesota with development of assisted living and memory care housing called Ecumen Prairie Hill. This new Ecumen senior housing community will feature 63 assisted living and memory care apartments in 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom and studio floor plans. Framing was recently completed for Ecumen Prairie Hill, which is slated to open in summer of 2011. Above is a photo from the framing celebration.
This is Ecumen’s second senior housing community in St. Peter, with the other being The Wilds of Sand Prairie]. The two sites are located within three blocks of each other. Ecumen Prairie Hill will provide optimal independence and supportive services. It also will be conveniently located near Gustavus Adolphus College, River’s Edge Hospital and Clinic, and be a short drive from downtown Saint Peter. Like other Ecumen senior housing communities, Ecumen Prairie Hill will feature the newest technology ,including GE Home sensors that can proactively help identify emerging health issues and Dakim BrainFitness technology.
