Apple Valley Senior Housing Update
The Construction of Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley is on schedule and progressing full steam ahead. The community is divided into “Zones” for construction purposes and Zone 1 which is on the south side is closest to completion. The apartment homes and the hallways are painted; cabinets are in, with carpet installation being the next item on the agenda. Work in Zones 2 and 3 is following close behind with the drywall, electrical work and painting currently taking place. The entire community opening is expected to be on time, slated for March 1, 2011.
Along with construction, December has brought many other busy activities at Seasons. Priority members are reserving apartment homes. Future residents and families are putting on their hard hats and previewing the community with Dena Meyer, Marketing Manager. Seminars on downsizing and informational meetings are all part of the active promotion taking place for this premier community.
We are also very excited to welcome Julie Walton on board as the Housing Director. Julie has been working as the Community Relations Director at The Villages in North Branch for the past three years. Julie is putting all her experience into high gear and is currently interviewing lead staff for the Seasons.
So, it goes without saying, everyone is having a great time down in Apple Valley, and they all look forward to showcasing the community in March 2011!
