New Senior Housing by Ecumen in Apple Valley, Minn. Receives Best in Real Estate Award
The Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal recently named Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley winner of a "Best in Real Estate" award as the best new senior housing development in the Twin Cities. A big part of why Ecumen received the honor is for its "community" focus in the design.
Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley is located in the new Central Village neighborhood of Apple Valley, which provides a mix of housing, restaurants, and shops. To enhance the sense of community inside, the designers made common spaces highly visible and accessible. Rather than a series of rooms along a hall, the common areas are grouped together. The lobby flows into the lounge, which flows into the cafe while a club room, salon and fitness center are immediately nearby.
Grand Opening Celebration, May 21
Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley will hold a grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 21 from 1 to 4 p.m. Some great prizes will be included, including tickets on Sun Country Airlines and Minnesota Twins tickets. The day will feature tours, entertainment and great food.
