Active Senior Housing Communities

According to a recent article in USA Today, some senior housing communities are relaxing the minimum age restrictions for the community in order to fill unused or vacant space. The current economy and housing collapse has made it difficult for developers to fill existing developments and creative options like this one may be a solution, at least for the short term.
It appears that this is an option for struggling existing senior developments as well as an option for future planned developments.
