Assisted Living & Memory Care Groundbreaking Celebration
The new building will be a three-story, 63-unit assisted living community, that will offer 15 one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments on the first floor, as well as 48 specially designed apartments for residents and families dealing with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or dementia. The memory care neighborhoods will include studio and one-bedroom apartments on second and third floors.
This new community will provide Lincoln with the newest choice in assisted living including spacious, maintenance-free residences, around-the-clock personal care, enriching activities and innovative technology. Residents can enjoy on-site dining, beauty and barber services, and a variety of social, leisure and spiritually themed spaces perfect for community and private gatherings. Outdoor spaces will include beautifully landscaped recreational areas and secure, underground parking.
Residents will have easy access to other services in Tabithas continuum including home health nurses, therapists, rehabilitation, wellness facilities and more! Construction is expected to last 14 months with a Grand Opening slated for summer 2011.
